EXPERTISE AFRICA is a company specializing in project management, support and development services for businesses and organizations, provided by experienced experts and consultants. It is incorporated under Ivorian law as a Société par Action Simple (SAS) under IDU number: CI-2023-0052750 and RCCM number: CI-ABJ-03-2023-B16-00092. EXPERTISE AFRICA has been involved in coaching, training, consulting, studies and access to financing and markets for over a decade in Africa in all sectors of activity.

History
EXPERTISE AFRICA is the result of more than fifteen (15) years in consulting, studies and capacity building for companies and organizations in various socio-economic sectors in French-speaking West Africa. Yesterday a personal initiative of Mr. Emmanuel DIABATE, today EXPERTISE AFRICA is the product of the association of several confirmed and experienced experts.
- 2005- Start of the Freelance Consultant adventure
Despite being employed by a company, Emmanuel DIABATE soon realized that his vocation was to be an independent consultant in accounting, finance and project management.
- 2007 - Société de Gestion et Expertise (SGE)
In his ambition to become a chartered accountant specializing in business management and projects, the then independent consultant set up a business consultancy company as a prelude to completing his chartered accountancy studies.
- 2011 - Emmanuel Consulting (Sole proprietorship)
A lot of water has flowed under the bridge since the end of the Ivorian crisis. Emmanuel DIABATE embraced and rubbed shoulders with the environment of development projects, businesses and organizations in an African context. He then shifted his focus to the support and accompaniment of SMEs and other agricultural players and NGOs. Emmanuel Consulting is the perfect place to practice his passion.
- 2017 - Emmanuel Consulting Sarl (Société à capital)
To further his ambitions, he migrated to a company with capital, in particular a limited liability company (SARL), which enabled him to go even further. Emmanuel Consulting Sarl will open several offices in the interior of the country, followed by a branch in Guinea Conakry and a presence in Congo Brazzaville for Central Africa.
- 2023 - Dissolution of Emmanuel Consulting and creation of EXPERTISE AFRICA
December 2021, Emmanuel Consulting Sarl is dissolved by the will of the Managing Director, Mr. Emmanuel DIABATE, as he is called to other duties. In May 2023, he will join forces with several experts to create a consulting and development agency.
